Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or same-day reschedules will incur a 100% fee. No-shows are charged the full amount of the scheduled service. This policy ensures I can provide the highest quality scheduling and service for all guests. If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled time, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to avoid delaying the next guest. Late arrivals are responsible for a 50–100% service fee, depending on what can no longer be completed. Thank you for respecting my time and the appointments that follow.
